Honor Ensembles

Texas school bands and orchestras submit recordings to be adjudicated in a multi-level process with the goal of being named a TMEA Honor Band or Honor Orchestra.

The state’s honor ensemble in each classification performs before the TMEA membership at the annual convention the year following selection.
