Promote Your Presence
Ensure your organization stands out at the TMEA Exhibit Show even before you arrive! Use these tips to boost your visibility and improve your booth engagement at our event.
Social Media Promotion Tips
Post weekly (or more!) on social media: Regularly post using the hashtags #TMEA2025 and #TMEAExhibitor. Tag @tmeaorg to increase your visibility and comment on other #TMEA2025 posts to engage with attendees.
Experiment with unique and interactive content: Try sharing customer testimonial quotes, photos from past events, countdowns, and short videos. Interactive content like carousels, polls, Q&As, or behind-the-scenes stories can significantly boost engagement. Consider collaborating with other exhibitors in re-sharing and commenting on each other’s content to increase your reach.
Continue social media updates once you arrive: Keep your social media updated in real time. Share photos, updates, and live videos from the convention. Instagram and Facebook stories are especially helpful for announcing timely special offers and demonstrations as well as showcasing behind the scenes content.
Email Promotion Tips
Send an email to your mailing list before the convention: Keep your audience informed and engaged as the event approaches by sending at least one email to your list. Consider including event highlights, what to expect at your booth, and special pre-event offers. You can also use the TMEA Exhibitor Email Template and customize it to suit your needs.
Plan to capture email addresses at the convention: Set up a visually appealing and interactive booth feature, such as a digital sign-up station or a contest entry form, to encourage attendees to provide their email addresses. Offer incentives such as exclusive content, discounts on future purchases, or a chance to win a prize. This way, attendees will be more willing to share their contact information.
Enhance emails with images, customer testimonials, and event-specific offers: To create a compelling visual and emotional appeal, incorporate high-quality images, real customer testimonials, and attractive offers specific to the TMEA event in your emails. This will make your emails more engaging and increase the chances of attendees visiting your booth.
Booth Design Tips
Consider Booth Addons: Enhance your booth with addons like lead capture tools, decorator services, and internet access. These options can help you create a more engaging, efficient experience for your customers.
Accessible Layout: Check out the booth description to see what’s included in your booth. Design your booth layout to be open and inviting. Avoid barriers at the entrance and ensure enough space for attendees to move around comfortably. A well-thought-out layout can encourage more foot traffic.
Strong Branding: Ensure your booth strongly reflects your brand identity. Use consistent colors, logos, and themes that align with your organization’s image.
Interactive Elements: Incorporate interactive elements such as touch screens, product demos, or interactive games. These attract attendees and encourage them to spend more time at your booth, enhancing engagement.
Clear Signage: Use clear, readable signage that can be seen from a distance. Make it easy for attendees to find you, understand what you offer, and read important product and organization information.
Engage with Attendees: Be proactive in engaging with attendees. Step out from behind the booth to greet people, ask questions, and initiate conversations. Friendly and active engagement can draw more visitors to your booth.
Offer Interactive Demos: Conduct live demonstrations of your products or services or periodically host interactive sessions. This keeps your booth dynamic and draws attention from passersby.
